Spanish nationality
I advise those who wish to obtain Spanish nationality through the different channels:
By residence
After 10 years of legal residence (reduced to 5 years for refugees, 2 years for Latin Americans, Andorra, the Philippines, Equatorial Guinea, Portugal, or Sephardic Jews, and 1 year for those born in Spain or married to a Spanish citizen).
By origin (descent)
For children of Spanish citizens, including those born outside the country. It may also apply to grandchildren in certain cases (Democratic Memory Law).
By option
For children of Spanish citizens not born in Spain, persons under legal guardianship, or whose parents acquired nationality during their minority.
By letter of naturalization
Granted exceptionally by the Government for cultural, scientific, or humanitarian merits.
By possession of status
For those who have used Spanish nationality in good faith for at least 10 years, even if they were not initially entitled to it.
I support the client throughout the entire process, including language exams (DELE) and constitutional knowledge tests (CCSE), if required.
