Visas
I assist individuals and families in the application process for different types of visas in Spain. Each one has its own requirements and benefits, and I provide detailed guidance to ensure the procedure is smooth:
Ideal for freelancers and remote employees. This residence permit is aimed at professionals working remotely for companies outside Spain, allowing them to live in the country while continuing their professional activity abroad. The initial application grants the possibility of obtaining 1 to 3 years of residence in Spain, and it can also include the applicant’s family members.
Golden Visa
Designed for non-EU citizens who invest in Spain (bank accounts, government bonds, or businesses). It does not require actual residence in Spain and allows you to bring your family. It can be a pathway to citizenship.
Self-Employed Visa (Freelance Work)
Pour ceux qui souhaitent créer une entreprise ou travailler à leur compte en Espagne. Ils doivent présenter un plan d’affaires viable, prouver leur solvabilité financière et justifier de leurs qualifications professionnelles,
For those who wish to reside in Spain without working. It is ideal for retirees, pensioners, or people taking a sabbatical year. Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial means and have private health insurance. It does not allow working, although it can be renewed and may lead to long-term residency.
Intra-Company Transfer Visa
For employees of multinational companies temporarily assigned to a location in Spain. Applies to executives, specialists, or trainees. Allows residence and work in Spain during the transfer.
