Main Requirements

  • Be a remote worker (self-employed or employee) with 100% remote activity

  • At least 3 months of professional or employment relationship with the company/client

  • The company/client must have been established for at least 1 year

  • Minimum monthly income of approx. €2,800

  • No criminal record in the last 5 years

Main Benefits

  • Allows legal residence in Spain for 1 to 3 years, with the possibility of renewal

  • Authorizes remote work for foreign clients or companies from Spain

  • Possibility to bring family members (spouse, partner, and children) in the same application

  • Access to the Spanish education and healthcare system
